This uses high school physics! we could use off peak mains electricity. Which is very Very cheap ! As the power companies keep generating electricity when there is no demand. just to keep all of that's off writing !

If I just one metre of vacuum to river or seawater. it boils into fuel water vapour. Leaving all containers like heavy metals and salt behind.

The water vapour is 1,000 times cheaper to pump than liquid water. We vent the vapour above a reservoir, and fill it with fresh water without rain.

Using the nearest source of water. So no drought.
