Farmers tend to be built next to a stream or river.  But he is a transportation to the local market.  Farmers can set up a little solar driven vacuum pump.

So during the day the water is sucked out by one metre.  At which stage it boils!  And we transport the fuel water vapour on a polyurethane pipe, to the highest point in the file.

In Australia we can run a little car no refrigeration system.  That will chill liquid water out of the air.  Replacing the need for regular water deliveries.  The air there may be mad hot, with a contains a lot of water.  Obviously without salts or contaminants in.

And the refrigeration cycle does not take a lot of energy to run.  My American friend confirmed that a 30x1cm steam plasma freeze cancer 1 MW of heat.  As the plasma burns the matter into heat light and X rays.

We use the plasma cylinder to drive a steam cycle.  And we get mad hot steam at eight atmospheres pressure 800° C.  Which would generate of kilowatts of electrical power.

Not involving any radioactive materials or fossil fuel burn.  Totally carbon neutral!  So endless source of free fresh water.  Chilling the water out of the hot air.

So a little vacuum pump will transform water into fuel water vapour.  And as he vent it we chill the air!  Almost for free.

Farmers can set up the system.  To irrigate the fields, and avoid heat waves!  The climate change people have bobed up again, pretending the static trace of carbon dioxide in the air could warm the weather.

Plant's think otherwise!  Sinking all the extra carbon dioxide within 5 minutes.  To form plant biomass.  And are static trace gas affects nothing!  The natural climate has been cooling since 1995.  Explain!

The weather is in a natural period of global cooling.  Cause five predictable solar emission cycles.  So all the planets in inner solar system are cooling.  Including mass with 98% carbon dioxide in the air.  As is no photosynthesis!  Temperature -170 F.

Water Aid has missed a tricky here.  Well water has arsenic in it! Drinking water standard The maximum level of arsenic the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows in community water systems is 10 micrograms per liter (µg/L*). However, consuming water with arsenic at levels lower than the EPA standard over many years can still increase your risk of cancer. As a result, the EPA has set a goal of 0 µg/L of arsenic in drinking water. It is as hard to remove the arsenic, as it use to remove heavy metals and bacteria from river water.  Are it is as simple to remove contaminants, as it use to purify one walls are back in from miles away! Wetting the Nahib desert

We are back to my old idea about vacuum desalination!  We drop snorkels into the Red Sea, connected to little solar powered vacuum pumps. We only need to raise the sea by one metre, and it boils into water vapour!  Probably only at 80 cm.  It isn't 1000 times easier to pump as water vapour than liquid water. So we transport it a kilometre inshore, an event the water vapour over the arid desert.  It forms a cooling mist!  Which are like condenses into rain droplets and falls on the ground. There cease in the soil will go crazy!  We may need to distribute a soil dust.  And the plant's will grow like mad.  Sucking in all our carbon dioxide physics is so bothered about!
