Turn hard water soft

Hard water has calcium carbonate dissolved in it.  Which is soluble in atmospheric pressure water.  But if we use a little vacuum pump to apply one metre of vacuum to the water, it clears all solids and salts behind!

The calcium carbonate use stripped out!  As it is not soluble in water vapour.  And he is left behind in the water supply,

One metre of vacuum is fantastically cheap to apply!  It was even remove salt, nacl from seawater.  Stooges is stupendously cheap way to purify even sea water.

An estate could pump up its water supply, and removes all contaminants!  Four negligible cost.

We use no chemicals, and no higher pressure filtration.  We just end up with the purest water possible!
