Nice and cool/warm

This is so much life around the earth, as they do shuttles so energy into and out of the seas.  In the summer the seas absporb heat and carry it towards the poles.

Were the same heat is given up to the cold air!  So we call down the equator and warm the poles.  But we can improve and the natural earth heat pump, using 18th century physical science.  The heat pump!

In the summer we double the pressure of a gas - like nitrogen.  Or more usually ammonia.  We lose this heat via a stainless steel helix immersed in a large lake or better the open oceans.

The temperature of the gas is omitted to the absolute temperature - degrees Celsius first 273.  So in the UK the air temperature from 293° K .  That is degrees Kelvin - the absolute temperature scale,

When we double the pressure the temperature its use up to 600° K.  We lose that heat to the seas - as hot gas at 217° C.  So the seas will boil!  But the heat spreads out so a locally will increase of C temperature by 2° C.

We then vent the gas, Percy through a diverging nozzle, back to one atmosphere pressure, so we know it gets gas at minus 260° C.

We lose that cold to the air via a larger aluminium helix.  00 cooling a large volume of air void 20° C.  We drive a little weaned turbine with the hot gas, so would generate all the electricity the poles require.

Was started using off peak free electricity.  During the summer we cool the air you need to KM radius.  So we do it any a large factories, or open spaces!  The man started the system calls the air and power had all summer long.

In Manchester a remnant of the industrial revolution, is an extensive canal system - like in Birmingham.  The idea are three saint for all the unwanted heat from the air.

So during the summer months we introduce a cold blast into public areas.  Where the cold spreads out, and Prix uses a much more temperate climate.

In the winter we reverse the system, soaking heat so seas.  At -160° C.  And we then a warm up the air locally in a five KM radius, by 20° C.  Nice!  So rather than snow covering the ground, he'll be like a warm spring day.

So twice a year will shutdown and reverse the system.  Was started at night, the unit will run and power and till we shouted down as the seasons change.

So we call down the had two or hot summer months.  In the hot countries we call the air down all year around!  And a massive cold in hot countries is very very welcome.

We also condense water vapour out of the hot air, so will produce a cooling mist over the local area.  Plants will love it!  Growing like mad, such be even more carbon dioxide out of the air.

So fans sort out the climate for us!  And we have made the earth acquired a lot more temperate all over the world.

Let it flow This idea works all around the world!  It is especially important for dry and arid countries, like those in the Middle East. Water Aid has missed a tricky here.  Well water has arsenic in it! Drinking water standard The maximum level of arsenic the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows in community water systems is 10 micrograms per liter (µg/L*). However, consuming water with arsenic at levels lower than the EPA standard over many years can still increase your risk of cancer. As a result, the EPA has set a goal of 0 µg/L of arsenic in drinking water. It is as hard to remove the arsenic, as it use to remove heavy metals and bacteria from river water.  Are it is as simple to remove contaminants, as it use to purify one walls are back in from miles away! In the African Village we really want a source of carbon zero free electricity.  We fire up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma, and get out a constant 1 MW of carbon zero free heat.  We can hire a half megawatts steam turbine for just 1250 UK pounds a month. Wetting the Nahib desert

We are back to my old idea about vacuum desalination!  We drop snorkels into the Red Sea, connected to little solar powered vacuum pumps. We only need to raise the sea by one metre, and it boils into water vapour!  Probably only at 80 cm.  It isn't 1000 times easier to pump as water vapour than liquid water. So we transport it a kilometre inshore, an event the water vapour over the arid desert.  It forms a cooling mist!  Which are like condenses into rain droplets and falls on the ground. There cease in the soil will go crazy!  We may need to distribute a soil dust.  And the plant's will grow like mad.  Sucking in all our carbon dioxide physics is so bothered about! Biology is not remotely concerned.  As plasma photosynthesis on land and sea it uses a carbon dioxide levels to just two parts per million around the temperate earth.  Carbon dioxide levels are higher above the deserts and the arctic ice.
