People in ask your are very adaptable, sustainable inhabitants.  Scavenging for local resources, they can sell!  They have missed out on free heat and power.

I have been blocking for last three or four years, about how we can use a steam plasma to provide them is carbon zero heat.

Fed into a little thermoelectric generator, we get a cancer 130 kW of carbon zero power.  I advocate using a 15x1.5cm plasma cylinder, which will generate 65 kW of carbon zero electricity.

We generate mains linked AC power.  If there is a nearby link to the Alascan Power grid.  Otherwise for convenience - week in use the standard electrical equipment produce for the Alascan Power System.

B Alascan the land suddenly gets 24 hour light.  That takes seven liked standards!  So even in the dark arctic winter, that's all current growing like mad.  Irrigated by all that lovely free fresh water.

Clearing 24 hours a day - all year around.  The extent son light during the light Alascan months, will really have no importance!  Will generate their own heat light, and also get at free E fresh water.

So now the fields and forests of Alaska will grow all year around!  We will support agriculture all year.  So no longer dependent on hunting and importing vegetables.  Will have a home massive plant growth.

And we must not forget that we are sucking fresh water out of the sea and Rivers around Alasca.  In time that water will return to the rivers, are ready to be sucked out by the next form along the river.

Alascan people are very creative engineers!  And I am amazed that nobody in Alasca has thought of the steam plasma as a heat and light source.

Wetting the Nahib desert

We are back to my old idea about vacuum desalination!  We drop snorkels into the Red Sea, connected to little solar powered vacuum pumps. We only need to raise the sea by one metre, and it boils into water vapour!  Probably only at 80 cm.  It isn't 1000 times easier to pump as water vapour than liquid water. So we transport it a kilometre inshore, an event the water vapour over the arid desert.  It forms a cooling mist!  Which are like condenses into rain droplets and falls on the ground. There cease in the soil will go crazy!  We may need to distribute a soil dust.  And the plant's will grow like mad.  Sucking in all our carbon dioxide physics is so bothered about! Biology is not remotely concerned.  As plasma photosynthesis on land and sea it uses a carbon dioxide levels to just two parts per million around the temperate earth.  Carbon dioxide levels are higher above the deserts and the arctic ice. Water Aid has missed a tricky here.  Well water has arsenic in it! Drinking water standard The maximum level of arsenic the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows in community water systems is 10 micrograms per liter (µg/L*). However, consuming water with arsenic at levels lower than the EPA standard over many years can still increase your risk of cancer. As a result, the EPA has set a goal of 0 µg/L of arsenic in drinking water. It is as hard to remove the arsenic, as it use to remove heavy metals and bacteria from river water.  Are it is as simple to remove contaminants, as it use to purify one walls are back in from miles away!
