The water companies have their own power stations.  The shop are using massive power at night, when there is little demand.  Making use a tiny fraction of this power, to pump into fresh water.

We can use a plasma power plant to provide the water company is with free water.  A 30x1.5cm steam plasma works as verified by my American contact, to supply a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

The water company is will already have their own steam turbines.  If we use a steam plasma to buy the carbon zero heat, they can generate 500 kW of free electricity.  That is obviously already rectified into mains AC current.

We do have a snorkel into a river or the sea and suck up the river or sea water by one metre.  At which stage it boils into fuel water vapour.  Leaving behind all salts or contaminants.

Which sank back into the body of water, as concentrated brine all river water.  So you suck out just pure water vapour.  Which we transport to a little holding reservoir.  Or added into the water we have reprocessed, and are popping back to the reservoir.


We you access to unlimited fresh water for very nearly free.  Far cheaper than RE processed water.  Irrespective of rainfall levels.  So get loads of fresh water even in the driest summer there is!

The water companies charge to sell the water to water users.  So they make money from the nearly free fresh water.

Farmers or companies can set up their own water units.  And pump the fresh water vapour to a high tank or reservoir.  And get access to free fresh water.

Nothing grows in desalinated water.  And adding a vacuum within the water cycle, the sense of just desalinated water.  Chefs will have to add more salt to meals they prepare.  As dishonesty water works taste!

Water Aid has missed a tricky here.  Well water has arsenic in it! Drinking water standard The maximum level of arsenic the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows in community water systems is 10 micrograms per liter (µg/L*). However, consuming water with arsenic at levels lower than the EPA standard over many years can still increase your risk of cancer. As a result, the EPA has set a goal of 0 µg/L of arsenic in drinking water. It is as hard to remove the arsenic, as it use to remove heavy metals and bacteria from river water.  Are it is as simple to remove contaminants, as it use to purify one walls are back in from miles away! Wetting the Nahib desert

We are back to my old idea about vacuum desalination!  We drop snorkels into the Red Sea, connected to little solar powered vacuum pumps. We only need to raise the sea by one metre, and it boils into water vapour!  Probably only at 80 cm.  It isn't 1000 times easier to pump as water vapour than liquid water. So we transport it a kilometre inshore, an event the water vapour over the arid desert.  It forms a cooling mist!  Which are like condenses into rain droplets and falls on the ground. There cease in the soil will go crazy!  We may need to distribute a soil dust.  And the plant's will grow like mad.  Sucking in all our carbon dioxide physics is so bothered about! Biology is not remotely concerned.  As plasma photosynthesis on land and sea it uses a carbon dioxide levels to just two parts per million around the temperate earth.  Carbon dioxide levels are higher above the deserts and the arctic ice.
