I keep blogging about this idea.  But have had absolutely no reaction.  I have spent time in the Middle East, and lack of rainfall is a problem!

We use high school physics.  We have a little vacuum pump - I advocate a solar powered pumps, but so do Arabia has a large amount cheap electricity.

The way to get at free electrical power, is to copy lightening.  Where her steam plasma converts regular water into massive heat, the light and X rays.

In a confined glass cylinder, we convert the regular water into heat light and X rays: as confirmed by my American contact!

So do Arabia would obviously employ Indian farmers.  To manage the new farming areas.  And we are adding moisture into the air!  Which will evaporate during the day, but for a saddle rain during the night.
