There is no need for energy expensive boiling or high pressure filtration of seawater.  Highly pressure filtration is almost as energy expensive and is potentially life critical!

1 pipe leak and some do loses are they more or a life.  But I have been explained to the world for about three years, that there is a free source of massive heat.

We fire up a steam plasma immersed in a glass cylinder in a water boiler.  My American friend validated as or steam plasma is carbon zero non nuclear free heat.

He found that a 30x1.5cm glass cylinder liberated a constant 1 MW of heat.  I would recommend we pass the Pru steam at 800° C eight atmospheres, through a little 500 kW steam turbine.  To generate free electricity.  Totally carbon zero.

So we utilised and produce no radioactive substances.  Uranium nuclear power uses a enriched uranium, to produce the hyper toxic plutonium and strontium.  They carry an annual insurance of 100 billion.  As it is so dangerous!

My friend had do not tell me what pressure he produced.  Of or four atmospheres we require no external current.  Below that we neither 130 W.  Which you get from the generated electrical power.

And we use the exit steam still at 620° C, to boil off or sea water.  Drawn in via a little filter, to keep fish and life forms out.  We then produce a carbon zero heat and fresh steam.

We call the exit steam via a little cooling unit, to freeze liquid fresh water.  My PH D supervisor suggested double helical heat exchanger.  So the steam is drawn down one helix.

And cooling error is to run at the other helix with no external power.  So we live at heated air, and get a liquid fresh water.

Which will obviously pump to a small tank or reservoir - use this summer that lovely free carbon zero electricity.

So all along hell countryside California, on the siege chest we have an never convinced that all double helical units.  Driven via a steam plasma - that uses two little water ever to measure.  And does not use any radioactive isotopes.

And we get limitless fresh water we can pump to a high reservoir.  So for Saudi Arabia we draw in C water along the Rd Sea coast.  And converted into three of fresh water!

And the unit were also produce ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.  Though Saudi has a very cheap electricity already, extra free E carbon zero electricity is always welcome.

And we can repeat the trick along the every running river.  And end up producing free fresh water with ½ MW of free carbon zero electricity.

So any lake for every turn into free drinking water.  And the steam plasma basically runs for free.

The alternative is to use the free electricity, to drive a little vacuum pump.  And just one metre of vacuum, will turn the C or river water into free pure water vapour.

We have removed all salts and heavy metals or other contaminants.  Water a had Ken use this idea anywhere in Africa, and following a little solar vacuum pumps during the day, to suck free fresh water from brown stream or river water.

And we condense the water vapour by Bending them back into the air, the water forms a missed members or rain drops which fills the tank or reservoir.  Giving the village free fresh water and electricity.  Which is so useful!  And will save so many lives in Africa.
