There is loads of water into as the air - just the air is to hot to precipitate it out!  But the flash flooding in Australia does trasound so little tcold makes the water gushed out in the air.

We need a source of free electricity.  Free power of the carbon zero.  Though global plants on land and sea limits free carbon dioxide in the temperate area to just a static two parts per million.

The static level for last 11.2 1000 years.  Apparently rational santis or power prepared to write spurious documents about manmade global warming climate change: the natural climate started cooling naturally 1995.  Down to predictable solar emission variations.

So writing science fiction about manmade climate change, getting the research money from nuclear power!  Who them cells are massive carbon sources.

In the two years so far plant construction uranium nuclear power uses a fossil fuel flame on limestone to free use the cement, for all their reinforced concrete.

Making nuclear power mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions, while actually building a nuclear power plants.  Since Fukushima they have needed annual insurance cover of 100 billion.

There is no commercial insurance above one billion.  So all the 422 nuclear plants running criminally under insured and illegal.

My American friend confirmed my idea about steam plasmas.  The plasma turns regular water into just heat power and X rays.

1 H₂O+PL→2(E²+L+X-ray) so twice as dynamic as molecular nuclear fusion.  And totally carbon zero.

So for under 2000 UK pounds, at this or semi conductor thermoelectic generator will prove 65 kW of electrical power.  Rectified into AC current for convenience!  At mains voltage.

So we run a car no air coolers.  That free use a blast of cold air - and the heat exit steam or high temperature threw a little elevated chimney.

And suddenly their heart much does the air is called to near 0° C.  And pressure water falls out by the gallon!  We can act what we want in a little tank, and that the rest or escaped to the desert environment.

This idea was from the 1950s my survival my father was taught during National Service as the war.  Cold makes water drops out of hot more used air.

So minus get all the free carbon zero electricity they want.  And unlimited fresh water.  Maybe he had to use for gold extraction!  All for cooking and drinking.
