Water Aid has missed a tricky here.  Well water has arsenic in it!

The maximum level of arsenic the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows in community water systems is 10 micrograms per liter (µg/L*). However, consuming water with arsenic at levels lower than the EPA standard over many years can still increase your risk of cancer. As a result, the EPA has set a goal of 0 µg/L of arsenic in drinking water.

It is as hard to remove the arsenic, as it use to remove heavy metals and bacteria from river water.  Are it is as simple to remove contaminants, as it use to purify one walls are back in from miles away!

In the African Village we really want a source of carbon zero free electricity.  We fire up a 30x1.5cm steam plasma, and get out a constant 1 MW of carbon zero free heat.  We can hire a half megawatts steam turbine for just 1250 UK pounds a month.

The UN should have learned to the African Village that money!  They cause the turbine will produce ½ MW of carbon zero AC current.  For convenience rectified in two mains AC voltage and phase.

The largest cause of infant deaths in Africa, are accidents around fires - use burn on electric cooking.

Now a 30 cm steam plasma will provide ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.  AC current he's nearly lost free, to distribute around the town or village.

For African cities we convert the AC current into 10,000 V AC current.  And do sir is he almost lost free around the city!

½ MW will power 150 houses in the developed world.  So were looking at 500 houses in Africa!  Who know cork electrically - serving all those children killed before are accidents.

And we are talking about briskly free carbon zero electricity.  That burns so little regular water, we will struggle to measure it in 1000 lifetimes!  So we get at free electrical power in Africa.

So industry can adopt a three shift system produce manufacture goes 24 hours a day.  For under 5% of the cost of producing killers in China!

We suck up river water by one metre, and all the heavy metals and bacteria full out!  As you boil off the water into water vapour, using just one metre of vacuum we removes all contaminants.

And it is 1000 times easier to transport water vapour!  So we transport the water vapour form is free to a large covered tank in the city centre.

That gives free water to a village or town.  We do not need to drill Wells and have a massive pipe network.  We clean up the brown river water into drinkable quality pure water.

Towns and villages had tended to be sited along remember works, for ease of transportation!  If we give a lorry a 15x1.5 cm steam plasma linked to a commercially sourced 65 kW thermoelectic generator, we get carbon free travel!

We've do not need to buy any overpriced petrol or diesel fuel.  Again the plasma burns two little regular water ever to worry about in a lifetime.  If we are concerned, we cite a little spring loaded 5 cc water reservoir, to top up the plasma pressure.

But we are talking about utilising only 10⁻ⁱ⁶cc of regular water in a lifetime of the car.  No stopping to top up with fuel in a service station.  The service stations will operate as food and toilet facilities.

They are obviously years are 30 cm steam plasma, make to a commercially sourced 130 kW thermoelectic generator, to generate 130 kW of electrical power!  Enough no support of local engineering village.  For me the steam turbine is a better approach.

Hiring a steam plasma at four a month, and varied off in the first month!  If there years mains electricity nearby came.  Otherwise we invest in the thermoelectic generator.

All the time sucking or brown river water by one metre, makes a water boiler in to totally pure water vapour.  Absolutely no salts or contaminants!

We transport the water vapour to a high water holding tank.  Covered to keep out birds and their droppings.

Server 20 UK pounds we give a village three water for ever!  A little thermoelectic plasma, will provide a town or village with free electrical power for ever.  With no fossil fuel burn and totally three and non nuclear in nature.
