In Africa are the villages draw water out of a local stream or river, and the water there fix up contaminants and waste, and flows back into the river.  So the next village has to use high pressure filtration or even boiling, to clean up the water before they can use it again.

Energy as near the sea, are session the same high energy and potentially dangerous water purification systems, to turn the maintenance sea water into very little fresh water.

High school physics shows us a better idea.  We use a little solar powered vacuum pump, to apply one metre of vacuum to the river or sea water.  Which then boils into fuel water vapour.  Leaving all salts and contaminants behind.  And obviously leaving behind all bacteria life forms!

We just suck out the purest fresh water on the planet.  Even Perrier water has a little salt in it - for flavor.

We would prefer totally fuel water, to irrigate the fields and water the animals.  And water vapour is 1000 times easier to transport even up hill, than liquid water.

So during the day in daylight hours, the contrast from liquid water into pure water vapour.  And then transporting uphill.  And that he vent the vacuum, the water forms droplets, and raining down into a holding tank or reservoir.

And now we transform even brown river water into totally fresh water.

The solar panel is so cheap instantly available energy creation system, generating electricity during the day.  That week in use storage batteries to carry us through the night - giving the town or village access to free electrical power.

Open fires are a major cause of infant deaths in the third world.  And now we can to all cooking electrically.  But there is a better energy solution.

So every 3 minutes around the earth, nature fires up lightening for 3 seconds.  That liberates light,X rays massive energy we are producing ions of helium and oxygen, plus free electrons.

We can do quick relativistic conversion of the energy release of the production of five tonnes of helium ions, using E=mc² and find we've got an energy release of 2.5x10³⁰W.  We have tapped in two the most massive carbon zero Energy System anywhere!

It is nature doing nuclear fusion from water molecules, all around the free air of the earth.  Utilising and producing no dangerous radioactive materials.

The ³He is lost in space within 24 hours.  Having reacted with nothing!  So nature is continued producing helium three on earth.  But the big Energy System, is the lightening strike.

Going on almost continuously around the earth.  We fired up a steam plasma at Sheffield University, and my PH D work was mysteriously ended.  As I had discovered the carbon zero Energy System of nature.  No possibility of man made global warming or climate change, being only other than fiction from nuclear power.

Green plants take in carbon dioxide within 5 minutes of it being released, and converted into plant biomass.  Leaving just a static two parts per million carbon dioxide in the temperate there.

Man's carbon emissions have increased active biological life on earth.  Yet had no weather effect.  Every year in the polar winter, carbon dioxide levels in the air double to four PPM.  As the Antarctic ice There is no photosynthesis.  But we have a air temperature -80° C - the lowest natural temperature on earth.  Carbon dioxide is so very much not a warming gas.

This steam plasma does the twice as energetic steam burn from regular water.

The plasma strips water molecules down into positive ions and free electrons.  According to the plasma pressure the a hydrogen ions and free electrons bond to form neutrons - the composite sub atomic particle.  Which does not leave the glass centre.

So this is where my friend firm that a 30x1.5cm steam plasma releases a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.  He is not doing nuclear fusion.  He is doing a plasma burn from steam - twice as energetic as the molecular nuclear fusion done by natural lightening strikes.

And crucially we produce no hyper toxic radioactive isotopes.  Smaller atomic masses, have fantastically short half lives.  Transforming into lighter and more stable atomic nuclei and.

So the oxygen atom is enriched, and progressively fisherman's into just hydrogen ions and free electrons.  And our big energy release comes as hydrogen ions bond with our neutrons.

The sun's Corona are just does 4.  And here we can fire up A steam plasma are all around the world, and turn 3x10⁻ⁱcc of regular water into a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat.

We use the plasma cylinder to drive a steam turbine.  Which generates a constant 500 kW of carbon zero electricity.  So can give the town or village access to free electricity or year day and night.

With a plasma burning a fantastically tiny volume of regular water into massive carbon zero heat.

And we use A totally miniscule amount of current, to drive a vacuum and water purification plant, which transforms river or sea water into the purest fresh water on the planet.

Which we transport to a high tank or holding reservoir.  And then use gravity to dispense our water into irrigation systems around the village.  To support fantastically first cell agriculture using the free E natural sunlight.

And the plant's sucking carbon dioxide - transforming into the carbohydrates of fact of life.  This converts the extra carbon dioxide, by burning the fossilised fuels back into additional biological life within 5 minutes.

So mankind's carbon dioxide never makes it to the stratosphere - where our weather is made.  The burnt fossil fuels never make it out of the low earth's atmosphere.  No possible weather effect.

Uranium nuclear power bills its power plants using loads of reinforced concrete.  The cement produced via a fossil fuel burn on limestone.  Making an active nuclear power building programme mankind's fourth largest source of carbon emissions.

After Chernobyl in 1986 nuclear power invented this summer's fiction of manmade global warming.  Being caused by additional carbon dioxide!  That nuclear power was actually the fourth largest source off.  They never did a carbon audit on themselves.

Since Chernobyl every operating nuclear power plant has needed annual insurance cover of 40 billion: though rasher has never compensated the world for the cost of the Chernobyl accident.

This includes some 50 emergency workers who died of acute radiation syndrome and nine children who died of thyroid cancer, and an estimated total of 3940 deaths from radiation-induced cancer and leukemia among the 200 000 emergency workers from 1986-1987, 116 000 evacuees and 270 000 residents of the most contaminated ...

Each early death warranting a legal fine of 10 million.  And the number of early deaths around the world must be twice that.  Already the cast is 3.9 billion.

And the course from property is destroyed around the world, must be somewhere around 400 billion.  Making Chernobyl the most expensive accident in history.  Already had not an accident - A predictable loss of human lives and property.

And nuclear power experiences a similar triple core meltdown somewhere around the earth, every 25 years!  Required annual insurance cover of 100 billion.  For each of the 455 nuclear plants in existence.

Making the total insurance burden nearly 50 trillion.  There is no insurance available above one billion.  Every nuclear power plant in the world running criminally under insured.  And the national radiation regulators have the legal imperative to shut down all uranium nuclear power.

We can all convert over to clean and safe steam plasma power.  Each garage scientist generating ½ MW of carbon zero electricity.  The carbon zero power for 60 houses.
