It is actually high school physics! Even sea water at 0° C will boil off and a one metre of vacuum. Ice even forms water vapour direct!
Or nuclear power is trying to justify itself as carbon zero. And so does the carbon dioxide or to affect the weather.
They forgot to factor in their own production of concrete, as a construct their power plants. Via the fossil fuel burn on limestone. To free use all the reinforced concrete there require.
Which makes an active nuclear plant building programme, man cannot fourth largest source of carbon emissions. Emitting in just two years, the Covent carbon emissions from a commercially fired 100 MW power plant in 25 years.
And after 25 years a nuclear plant is demolished! Sizewell A was demolished in 1984. And in the depths of a miners' strike, Margaret Thatcher was persuaded to permit the building of Sizewell B.
So the new nuclear plant response as an illegal extension to the now demolished nuclear facility. And there was operated as an illegal extension to the demolish plant.
And when the plan was demolished the planning consent was also are removed! So Sizewell B never had its own royal commission and public consent to operation.
So it never has legal operating permission. Never a legal nuclear facility. That was of use of planning! Every day of its operation has been illegal. And then 1986 Chernobyl in Ukraine experience a triple core meltdown.
Somewhere around the world a nuclear facility will experience such an incident every 25 years. Which is why Fukushima in 2010 and spewed out radioactive waste over Japan. They nuclear waste also irradiating the whole of Asia including China.
Which Wil cause an additional 20 million human deaths from increased rates of cancer and heart disease. Which will incur a total legal fine of 200 trillion.
In excess of the worth of the planet! The nuclear facility is without planning consent are illegal. And Sizewell B never had planning consent.
And now the nuclear people are looking at Sizewell C - but Sizewell never had a legal of rating planning consent. And it is the last remaining nuclear power plant in the UK.
By every operating nuclear power plant knees annual insurance cover of 100 billion. There is no independent insurance available above one billion. They carry a criminally insufficient 50 million.
There will be no consortia behind Sizewell C - as he is an illegal engineering construction. Outside of planning consent. Sizewell B was always an illegal facility.
When I met the power plant regulator 1984, he told my group of ensuring students that the first concerns of the regulater was to ensure that the planning consent was in order! Yet Sizewell B never had consent,
I had a personally you are from Prince Charles of the UK. Who said he was very unhappy with nuclear power. And wanted a role commission on any planned nuclear facility.
I did not realise that Sizewll B never had a role commission and operation consent. Always an illegal nuclear facility. And let us not forget that an active nuclear power plant building programme, is mankind's fourth biggest source of carbon emissions.
The nuclear people say this is a problem! They haven't talked of the green plants. Who take Ian carbon dioxide every day down to just two parts per million. Mankind's massive carbon emissions represent 0.004 per cent!
Which results in additional plant biomass so every day. Which in turn leads to more animal life on earth. And plants excrete oxygen - as the user carbon to bill carbohydrates.
So the animals breathe in the waste gas, the oxygen, and breathe out carbon dioxide - plant food.
Professor Argent reminded me on my PH D work at Sheffield 2000, that plants eight carbon dioxide. Annie is very upset that other academics would not listen to him that biology consumed carbon dioxide.
So mankind's extra carbon emissions end up as extra life on earth. No possible weather effect! Carbon dioxide does not rise to the stratosphere - where our weather is made.
The climate is controlled exclusively by a predictable solar emission cycles. So the terrestrial weather has been cooling since 1995. Just like the other planets in the inner solar system. Including Mars with 98% carbon dioxide in the air. Average temperature -170° F.
On earth every year in the arctic winter, there is no photosynthesis the carbon dioxide levels double to four PPM. Air average air temperature -50° C!
In the 18th century Europe experienced the little ice age. Snow covered the land! So carbon dioxide was back to the Jurassic four PPM. Air average air temperature across Europe -20° C. We have four PPM carbon dioxide in the air.
Which is on the mineral records. Drilled at four holes can easily get us back to that time. And we can determine the carbon dioxide level. So twice the carbon dioxide across Europe in recent times, -20° C.
Manmade global warming climate change were devised by physics. In total denial of biology's carbon cycle. Remember biology is the oldest physical science on earth! Alder than physics.
So carbon dioxide levels rise in the cold. The snow covers the land and ice covers the seas. It is a classic climate follower. Throughout history one periods or seen carbon dioxide levels bottoms out, at the level required to induce photosynthesis.
There is some technical arguments about whether we are still in the ice age. As we have ice caps at the north and south Pole.
So next year the natural weather enters the 28 year period of warming. Whatever carbon does. It is limited by photosynthesis at just two PPM.
The non nuclear carbon zero Energy System, is a steam plasma. Which burns the water molecules into heat light and X rays. As my American friend confirmed this year.
1 H₂O+PL→2(E²+L+X-ray) a 30x1.5cm steam plasma produce a constant 1 MW of carbon zero heat. Personally I would have pressurise the system, which self sustains at four atmospheres pressure.
He may have need to live back 120 W of electrical power. Drive a steam cycle he would generate 500 kW of carbon zero electricity. With absolutely no fossil fuel burn! And no radioactive materials required all produced.
It goes off from regular water. Producing absolutely no carbon dioxide! And still waiting for the nuclear boys to react. Non nuclear, carbon and cost free electricity. From regular water!
And we require no 18 billion of engineering plant: which after all releases the carbon emissions in two years, equivalent to the carbon emitted by commercially fired power station in 25.
So farmers can use a little 20 W solar panel, to apply a one what of vacuum to river or sea water. Which will boil off into fuel water vapour. We transport to a high reservoir or holding tank.
Totally salts free water! With no bacterial or heavy metal contamination. Ideal to irrigate a parched area of grass today. So all the extra plant growth will suck Ian carbon dioxide, and cause the grass to grow.
Creating extra feed for animals in the winter! And removing the carbon dioxide from the air. Down to the present limit of two PPM.
Experts are expressing concerns about carbon dioxide not affecting the weather! For centuries they have taught most users are static trace gas affects nothing.
Carbon dioxide is a static trace gas around the world. There levels double in the arctic winter. Where there is no photosynthesis. An air temperature down to -50° C.
Carbon dioxide is so obviously not a warming gas! He reacts to the weather and plant growth cycles, it does not make the weather. That is stupid physics science fiction!
And all the academic physics have started the carbon cycle in her level biology. So totally aware the plant's cap carbon dioxide to a another level of just two PPM.
All papers about manmade climate change or global warming, it was paid science fiction! Never even touching the truth. We're just experienced 27 years of global cooling.
