In the summer there is little rainfall.  Whereas in the autumn winter there may be too much!  Look into first year high school physics teaches us the answer.

We set up a waited snorkel in the stream or river, acqua native our polyurethane flights to a pond or holding tank.  Week in use the same idea to add fresh water two reservoirs.

At just one metre of vacuum, the water boils at reduced pressure, losing all salts and contaminants.  Plus all bacterial life forms: this is a science at Cambridge University needs!  To give free fresh water to the world.

The set up the snorkel in or river or stream, or what is called technically brown water, and we suck out pure water vapour.

When we vent the vacuum the MS condenses into water drops, which form and fill the tank or reservoir.  Groups of houses can get together, to provide a tank of fresh water.

He can be drunk!  But he is ideal for watering the crops.  No more parts gardens in summer.  We just suck pure water out of the stream.

We water the crops and the water will run back into the stream or river.  The pumping is provided for free during the day, for a little solar panel.

So for the UK he became be fill the reservoirs - British water has issued excess power at night.  And cen drive the low pressure water vapour system.

And we erect pipes guiding the water to a reservoir.  So the UK it would never have a water shortage again!

And gardeners can produce endless almost free water, to irrigate the gardens!  We just play out the water vapour, at the high point in the garden.  And gravity does the rest!

Free fresh water

Water Aid has missed a tricky here.  Well water has arsenic in it! Drinking water standard The maximum level of arsenic the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows in community water systems is 10 micrograms per liter (µg/L*). However, consuming water with arsenic at levels lower than the EPA standard over many years can still increase your risk of cancer. As a result, the EPA has set a goal of 0 µg/L of arsenic in drinking water. It is as hard to remove the arsenic, as it use to remove heavy metals and bacteria from river water.  Are it is as simple to remove contaminants, as it use to purify one walls are back in from miles away! Wetting the Nahib desert

We are back to my old idea about vacuum desalination!  We drop snorkels into the Red Sea, connected to little solar powered vacuum pumps. We only need to raise the sea by one metre, and it boils into water vapour!  Probably only at 80 cm.  It isn't 1000 times easier to pump as water vapour than liquid water. So we transport it a kilometre inshore, an event the water vapour over the arid desert.  It forms a cooling mist!  Which are like condenses into rain droplets and falls on the ground. There cease in the soil will go crazy!  We may need to distribute a soil dust.  And the plant's will grow like mad.  Sucking in all our carbon dioxide physics is so bothered about!
