We are not limited to natural rain fall: that is the defective Roman thinking, which cannot use it to the fourth of the Roman empire.  It is embarrassingly easy to use it use pressure to cause liquid water to boil.  It will even cause I is to turn directly into water vapour.

We use a little 20 W solar driven vacuum pump, to suck up seawater by one metre.  It then boils into fresh water vapour.  That is 1000 times easier to pump than liquid water.

So we transported on 1000 metres inshore.  We can have a little chain of pumps, to transport the water vapour to above the Italian lakes.  So we can refill Lake Como etc.

We suck out seawater, the lily is all salts to wore out as called brine.  We pump out the fresh water vapour.  This is high school physics!

We then use plant's to suck in carbon dioxide, and form plant biomass.  To feed the growing global population.

It will also form the feed for cattle and farm animals.  So you massively expand farming.

In the cold regions we have to use little steam plasma tubes, to make out for the missing sunlight.

1 H₂O+P+TU→2(E²+L+X-ray) the light will stimulate natural photosynthesis.  And the X rays where does that those produced by natural sunlight.  So in grow crops 24/7, 365 days a year!

But Italy has loads of sunlight!  It is why my most favourite countries.  It assays more fresh water, to stimulate plant growth.

A little solar powered vacuum pump, will clean up river or sea water.  To form nearly free fresh water.  We are no longer dependent on natural rain fall.

Wetting the Nahib desert

We are back to my old idea about vacuum desalination!  We drop snorkels into the Red Sea, connected to little solar powered vacuum pumps. We only need to raise the sea by one metre, and it boils into water vapour!  Probably only at 80 cm.  It isn't 1000 times easier to pump as water vapour than liquid water. So we transport it a kilometre inshore, an event the water vapour over the arid desert.  It forms a cooling mist!  Which are like condenses into rain droplets and falls on the ground. There cease in the soil will go crazy!  We may need to distribute a soil dust.  And the plant's will grow like mad.  Sucking in all our carbon dioxide physics is so bothered about! Biology is not remotely concerned.  As plasma photosynthesis on land and sea it uses a carbon dioxide levels to just two parts per million around the temperate earth.  Carbon dioxide levels are higher above the deserts and the arctic ice. Water Aid has missed a tricky here.  Well water has arsenic in it! Drinking water standard The maximum level of arsenic the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allows in community water systems is 10 micrograms per liter (µg/L*). However, consuming water with arsenic at levels lower than the EPA standard over many years can still increase your risk of cancer. As a result, the EPA has set a goal of 0 µg/L of arsenic in drinking water. It is as hard to remove the arsenic, as it use to remove heavy metals and bacteria from river water.  Are it is as simple to remove contaminants, as it use to purify one walls are back in from miles away!
