I have published before the high buildings can utilised a steam plasma and there patient, to provide free electricity.  A 50x1cm steam plasma at four atmospheres should produce a constant 2.4 MW of heat.

My American friend confirmed that a 30x1.5cm steam plasma produce a constant 1 MW of heat.  Driving a commercially sourced little steam turbine, we get out 500 kW of carbon neutral electricity.  Turbines are sold with the electronics to turn the DC into mains linked AC electricity.

So all large buildings can easily produce ½ MW of carbon neutral power.  But also high buildings create up drafts.

Every tall building during the day greater updrafts around the building.  So during the day the skyscraper can generate another quarter megawatt of carbon neutral electricity.  For me the steam plasma is such a better idea!

So major cause of a former Roman empire, was a long drought is in the Middle East.  Yet the Romans already have access to the Greek Technology and.

So an animal tread mill would have produced the pumping power, to suck up seawater into endless amounts of fresh water vapour.  Became pump to a high holding reservoir.

Farmers today can use a little solar powered pumps, to snorkel up C or river water.  To form endless fresh water vapour.  To fill the tank or holding reservoir.

Of farmers are good basic engineers.  So can build a plasma power plant, and get at that ½ MW of free carbon neutral mains electricity.

So an annual income of four million UK pounds a year, from the free carbon neutral power generation.  Getting access to free unlimited water for irrigation all watering the annals.

So a steam plasma is a better carbon neutral heat and power source.  Utilising no fossil fuel burn and no at handling of toxic and an unlicensed radioactive materials.  Farmers can run a plasma power plant safely.

Generating no carbon dioxide!  And they do not need the nuclear licence specific to facilities like Oak Ridge.

So all high school physics departments, can set up a plasma power plant in school solar.  Given access to carbonneutral electricity, and no unlimited fresh water.

And or clean up stream water, to fill a highly local holding reservoir.  With the purest water in existence!  No salts, heavy metals or other contaminants.  And physics understands the low pressure evaporation of water!

It is how nature evaporates seawater have a massive areas, into fresh water vapour a Prix uses clouds and natural rain.  Losing all salts!  A vacuum pump does the same, require no large expanse of seawater.

Just free using unlimited amounts of fresh water for free.
